Pineapple Rava Kesari ( Instant Pot): Ingredients: Pineapple - 1/2 cup sooji rava/semolina - 1 cup sugar - 1.5 cup water - 3 cups (boiling water) pineapple essense - 3-4 drops Nuts of ur choice - 1/4 cup Raisins cardamom powder - powdered from 2-3 pods pinch of salt Yellow food color - optional Procedure: 1. Turn on saute mode , normal pressure. 2. Add 2 tbsp of ghee. When the ghee is hot, add nuts of ur choice and fry till golden brown, add raisins and fry till they r puffed up. 3. Add sooji rava and fry till nice aroma comes out of it. 4. Take out the fried sooji mixture out of IP and keep aside. 5. Add 1 more tbsp of ghee and add pineapple chunks to the ghee.Fry till it becomes soft. 6. Now add the sooji/semolina mixture back to the instant...
