Instant Ragi Dosa | Ragi Utappam | Healthy Dosa

This instant ragi dosa is an healthier and simpler breakfast / dinner recipe...and the good part is ...it can be prepared in 10 mins :-) Ingredients for ragi dosa: Ragi flour  - 1 cup sooji/semolina - 1/2 cup yogurt/curd 1 cup water - 1 cup salt - 1 tbsp (adjust to your taste) green chillies (chopped) - 2/3 according to your taste half small onion  finely chopped baking soda - pinch (optional) jeera/cumin seeds - 1 tbsp coriander leaves &  curry leaves - for garnish Procedure: In a bowl mix all the above ingredients and whisk til everything is mixed properly Let it sit for 10 -15 mins heat a tawa/dosa pan and once the pan is heated pour 1-2 laddels of batter onto the tawa spread the batter evenly slowly and gently till u met the right thickness pour little oil around the edges of the dosa. let it cook well on one side and once it is done...flip it to cook on the other side. Vankaya Kottimeera Karam / Corriander Stuffed Brinjal

Stuffed Brinjal is one of the famous Andhra delicalies...and personally I love eggplants/brinjals in any form. This is one of the simplest recipie to make and it has an interesting combination of corrinader and chillies which adds to that extra taste. Here goes the recipie: Ingredients: Small brinjals ( which can be used for stuffed brinjal) - 7 Green Chillies - 5,6 ( u can vary this as per ur taste) Coriander Leaves - 1 big bunch Garlic - 3 pods Ginger - 1/2 inch Coconut - 4 tbsp (fresh/frozen) salt - 1 tbsp (adjust to suit your taste) Oil - 1/4th cup or 125ml Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp curry leaves - 1 twig turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Procedure: Wash brinjals thoroughly and make a + shaped slit length wise .
